Gmail - something for nothing
Sep. 15th, 2004 02:39 pmI think that everyone who wants it already has it but...
I have about a dozen spare Gmail invites available to anyone who is interested.
Well, not all dozen to the same person, but one to each of the first dozen who ask.
Just reply here with your details (eg, your email address) and one of them is yours (while supplies last).
(Void where prohibited by law. Offer does not include a free, naked vixen.)

I must be living in a plexiglass bubble or something because I can't believe that I didn't hear about this earlier. Apparently Lucas has remastered THX1138 and released it on DVD. He's also digitally enchanced it in places, and (so I've read) replaced some of the cut scenes from the original.
Check out the trailers.
For some reason this has always been one of my favourite movies. Back when I played more RPGs, the game Paranoia always made me think of this movie. The future has never looked so bleak (yet so bright and shiny at the same time).
