(no subject)

I did not win the $54 million jackpot in yesterday's lottery draw.  I did not even win a portion thereof.

This means that I will not be dumping my LJ or job and referring to y'all as "the little people I used to know."

Not that I'd have done that even if I won, mind you, but I like having all options available to me.  It sounds like some undeserving bastard in Alberta won the jackpot.

I got selected as a finalist!

... along with 300+ other pictures.  I don't have any illusions about winning as there are a lot of pictures on there that are much better than mine, but it always feels good to make the cut.
