I got selected as a finalist!

... along with 300+ other pictures.  I don't have any illusions about winning as there are a lot of pictures on there that are much better than mine, but it always feels good to make the cut.

That's a great photo! I got to submit a photo to my company calendar, but I don't know if I'm in the running. Phony thing is that my travel companion actually took it. :( But I had his permission and he's got a rather different take on copyright.
