The first six months will be devoted to creating the organ's first note. The purpose of the unusual 'performance' is to contrast the piece with the frenzied pace of modern society.
Sadly I don't think our network here would be up to the task of streaming that in real time. I didn't think that our network could get any slower, but I was wrong. I find myself pining for the glacial speeds that I was so appalled by last week.
Today's new coffee experience: The Roma. This one is two shots of espresso over lemon rind, with a couple drops of lemon juice. This would be best served as a palate-cleanser after a meal. The lemon is fairly subtle, and serves mostly to accentuate the coffee's natural bitterness. It is unusual, but not unpleasing.
