Multi-posting

plonqI see the LJ cross-post feature is being spotty again today. I am pretty sure that LJ is the culprit here, and even though Dreamwidth is my preferred blog these days, I still want my posts to go to LJ for folks who still hang out there.
To that end, this is a test post to see if I can address the issue on my own. I think I have figured out how to get Semagic to post to both services at the same time, and if this shows up on both blogs then I shall call it a success and move on. I've disabled the cross-posting feature in my DW account, and I'm going to see how the client handles it.
It is possible that I may need to add an extra step each time I post a new entry (I'll find out when I hit "send"), but this post is my way of finding that out.
Update: The cross-post failed, which just means I need to take an extra step when posting. If you are seeing this on LJ then the extra step worked.
