plonq Your IP address is temporarily banned for exceeding the login failure rate.
First DW started returning weird errors to SeMagic, then it gave me a password error. I changed my password (probably about time anyway) and tried logging in with SeMagic a couple more times, but it either gave cryptic errors, or password errors for each try.
I finally tried logging into their tech support in another browser, and it gave me the bolded message at the top.
Oh well. What I was trying to post here is up on LiveJournal at least.
I may have my issues with LJ, but their service seems to be a bit more stable.
Never mind - it was not instability, but a change to the API. I missed the announcement about it. All good now.

Date: 2020-05-12 08:22 pm (UTC)If you didn't see it already: there's recent auth changes that break many clients, including Semagic, but you should be able to generate a separate password for Semagic to keep it working.
