I'm beginning to remember why I don't like needles

I knew from the previous shot that this one would be a bit painful, but I had not expected the whole area around it to start swelling and turn red. atara has confirmed that it is warm to the touch as well.

Naturally I ran to the Internet to see if this was a sign that I am dying, but these are all listed as normal symptoms from this shot.

Okay, then.

I guess I don't have to like it, but it's good to know that it's a normal reaction.

You should just become a vaccine hipster. We get shots for diseases you probably haven't heard of yet.

On a blood test last year, I had them check for which vaccinations I lacked, and the only one that came back (of the ones they tested) was Hepatitis A. He gave me a prescription for it, but I've yet to get that one filled.

If I got those shots, would that make me a vaccine hepster?
