This is friggin' stupid.  Take special note of the "wind chill" number.

-60F with the wind


Addendum:

Could be worse. Up in La Ronge, Saskatchewan it's -50F before wind chill. Brrr. Maybe time for a vacation to someplace comparatively warm... like Mars.
