I hope my performance review at 11 goes better than my day has been going so far.  At the moment I am running back and forth between my own workstation and the one across from me where "D" is trying to submit his expenses through a slow, clunky SAS implementation.

He's been trying to submit his expense claim for over a month, but IT screwed up his profile and it's taken four incident tickets through them to get it resolved.  He's called me over there for help no less than six times in the last 30 minutes - three times because the application crashed on him and he needed help recovering his lost data.  With all the distractions I screwed up and accidentally submitted the wrong jobs for scheduling in the slow, buggy application that I'M using.  Argh.  This system is so friggin' slow it's going to take me at least another hour to delete the jobs off the document library and submit the right ones.  =p

OK, now it's time to take a break from my whining to extend my best wishes to mwalimu on this anniversary of his day of birth.  Here's hoping for better days ahead.
