All that I can suggest is that you check some of your local outdoor/camping supply stores. I bought this one up at a remote fishing lodge this afternoon, but I don't recall seeing them anywhere else (not that I'd ever thought to look).

And it figures... he never shows up, then I decide not to go out just ONCE, and he shows up. Grrr... Will I ever see him again?

I've got one of those. What's fun is to, if yours is of substantially good quality, hook up a 6 volt DC input instead of the two AA's. It still work and as a result you'll see the little buggers bounce a lot harder. Plus, shocking your friends is more fun!
