It's a good thing that I don't work in video retail.  Not only would I probably get fired, I'd go to Hell as well.

Customer: Do you have The Passion of The Christ in stock?
Me: Yes, it just came in.  It's over in the snuff section.
Customer: Snuff?!!!1
Me: Yup.  Though I hear they cheesed out and bring him back to life at the end.  Obviously setting up for a sequel.  "C2 - The Christ Strikes Back"

Hmph.  I think I spend too much time reading customers_suck.  I mostly go there so that I can remind myself about how my own job doesn't suck that much after all.

I like customers_suck for much the same reason that you've listed - that, and it's also like visiting the State Fair with your family - to remind you that there are people out there worse off than you (for the equivalent of no intelligence, grace, tact, etc and et al).
