When I arrived at work this morning I found a new toy sitting on my desk. Rather I found two boxes of parts and cables and no instructions.

Sadly, the moment I finally got it working somebody called over it and dumped a big, annoying project in my lap.

 

That will learn me.

I like to imagine them coming back to your desk later, only to find that you had assembled the equipment (plus some extra bits lying around) into a strange yet high-tech coffee machine. "What? There weren't any instructions, and this made the most sense."
