atara said, we had some seriously stormy weather come through last night. I had more than a little trouble sleeping through it. If it wasn't the tremendous crashes of thunder, rattling windows and roar of rain keeping me awake, then it was the snap and sizzle of lightning striking ground in our neighbourhood making me fear for everything electric/electronic in our house.
Somebody caught a few nice shots of the storm as it was just getting warmed up earlier in the evening. I tried to get a couple shots of my own, but I couldn't get the right angle through the windows (and I was reluctant to take our new camera out into the rain).
