I've lost about 15 pounds in the past three weeks. I don't expect to keep up that kind of torrid pace, but I am on the right track. [livejournal.com profile] atara and I went through this a couple of years ago and were doing well until we fell off the bandwagon. This time there is a larger group taking part, so we can challenge and support each other through the long journey and many pounds.

There is no thematic link for these pictures, it's just a dump of shots that I processed recently.

Congratulations on the success with the diet-lifestyle-change-motif. We're working on a similar goal here, too.

As an aside, I also love squirrels. As long as they're not destroying my property are killing the baby birds, I find them fascinating.

15 pounds is pretty good! Congratulations! Keep going!

I know that weight loss is not easy, plus you have to maintain it once your at your target weight. It is a lifestyle change.

It has been almost two years since I lost my weight and I've been maintaining it around 165 pounds (75 Kilograms)
Just a moment ago I stepped on the scale and saw 163.5 Pounds (74.16 Kilograms)

I know you can do it! You just have to keep focused and tell yourself "NO" when you want to take in more calories.
Keeping track of calories each day, no matter what I ate, and exercise (I power walked with a pedometer alot) is how I did it.
