Harmonic Convergence

I was going to crack a joke today about the (fairly recent) Harmonic Convergence. When I say "fairly recent", of course I mean "around the turn of the century".

Then I looked it up and found out that it actually happened in 1987 - before most of the 20-something crowd in the forum I was following were even born.

Then I started feeling really, really old.

If there is one thing I really appreciate about our current guild in WoW it's that they don't make me feel old, since many of them are my age or even older.

I remember all the fearmongering about "super tides" and earthquakes and all kinds of Revelations-quality stuff expected of the planetary convergence. Kinda like 2000...people were doing silly things like hoarding gas and food.
