I realized that this was going to be a long day when I spent nearly ten minutes waiting for an application to finish its thing, only to discover it had quietly crashed to the desktop in the background with no error or warning.

I have been assured that the newer version of this software will suck slightly less. Note that I did not say that it would be good, only that it would suck less.

Fortunately I am listening to an upbeat song to boost my mood... oh, wait...
