This will never win me awards for content or layout (especially with a stoplight dominating the middle of it), but I did not have a lot of time to dig out my camera and capture the shot before the selfsame traffic light changed and we had to start moving again.

As we were stopped about 1 1/2 blocks from our parking garage, we noticed that the sunrise had created a striking gradient on the side of the Hydro building. For a picture that was shot hurriedly through a dirty windshield, this came out relatively good. The colours did not translate as vividly as they looked in person, but you can get a feel for how it looked.

Same for me - it looked better at work than it does at home. The good monitor at home doesn't mask the flaws like my crappy one at work does.
