I'm with Koodo, which goes off the telus towers. You can't get a really fancy android phone from them, but you can bring in a phone you buy on ebay or move from another carrier. I have my HTCone and it is faboo, but it isn't a powerhouse.

I have that plan. They also have roaming packages to the US and extra data and stuff.
