Aug. 11th, 2004 07:47 amAs I was walking in this morning (what a fine, brisk autumn day!) I caught a glimpse of the headline on one of our local papers.
"WHERE DID OUR SUMMER GO?"
A prominent quote in the article said, "It's like we skipped right over August and jumped into October." That pretty much sums up the bulk of our "summer".
