Using the last of the strawberries that we bought last weekend, and a few that we picked up this week, I tossed together a small batch of strawberry jam. This is my first ever attempt at making jam, so I guess we'll find out tomorrow how well it worked. This is a no-cook jam, that is meant to be frozen. I am a little concerned over how freezer-safe these jars are. I think I'll take the extra precaution of putting them in plastic bags before I freeze them...
