Another day, another picture of some random thing sitting on my desk. That's what I get for leaving it so late - though I confess the "CEDAR wrapped in ALUMINUM tubes" part is what caught my eye.

As opposed to calling them Cedar-lined aluminum tubes?

The cedar, if you didn't already know (and since you have a humidor on your desk, you probably do) is supposed to repel the tobacco beetle, and keep 'em out of your cigars - so even wooden humidors tend to have a cedar inlay.
