Potential Pie
Sep. 23rd, 2009 10:28 pmI made potential pie today. That is to say, I hauled out all of the ingredients to make pumpkin pie and then took a picture of the ingredients because that easier than making actual pie.

I got as far as making the dough for the crust, but it was a little to soft to work with so I put it in the fridge to chill overnight. Also the puréed pumpkin from last year was still frozen solid.
I think those are both valid excuses.
Tomorrow there will be pie.
