Christmas Poll

The subject of Christmas Music came up on the radio this morning with the hosts debating on which is the best day to start playing Christmas music. atara and I can't agree on when the barrage should start; I am fine with any time after Remembrance Day, but atara would rather wait until after December 1st.

At least here in the states, the day after our Thanksgiving is called "Black Friday" as it is the biggest Christmas shopping day of the year.

Thanksgiving is over... shopping has begun... Let the music start then, not before.

I think the 1st of December is plenty soon enough.

Truth is, Christmas Day was always a disaster at my parent's house. Well, not always. But for a very long time up to and including last year.

This year I'm going to be a bad son and not visit. It's not going to go over well at all. But I want a nice Christmas dammit!
