I find it interesting..
Oct. 18th, 2008 11:47 pmEven though I said nothing about what this manager did to piss me off, not one of you chose the option of not driving a spike into his head. I don't know if this was an indication that you trust my judgement, or if it reveals a dark longing in all of us to drive spikes into the heads of our bosses. In any event I found the results amusing.
I won't get into the details of how he annoyed me, other than to observe that he lacks the maturity one would expect to find in a person who has been promoted to his position. I am very grateful that he is not my boss, but at the same time I will do my best to maintain a professional demeanour when dealing with him, because the way things move around in this company there is as good a chance as not that I may end up working for or with him sometime.
Anyway, enough about work - it's the weekend and the autumn colours are out!
