Opportunity Doccument
Apr. 3rd, 2008 11:13 amSomebody just passed me an "Opportunity Document" to fill out for a project. Not only did I get pushed into the project over my loud objections, but even this far in I am still convinced that there is more downside than upside to this project.
Here is a sample of what they want from me. I have copied this verbatim:
3.3 Preliminary Orientations
The general orientations for a solution to manage the critical security aspects and leverage the context's beneficial elements.

4.3 Engagement Relating to the Organizational Change
Evaluation of engagement needs. Description of the required engagements to the different intervening parties that favours the change realization.
