Uncooperative cats.

I was hoping to catch one of the cats napping in the sun, but the sight of a camera seems to make them restive. Here is Merry looking very orange in the sunlight reflecting off the carpet.

Have I asked you what camera(s) you use? If any of them are kinda inexpensive? I've been meaning to!

The camera that I am currently using is a Nikon D80 (http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/d80/images/d80-950.jpg), with a Nikkor 18-200 (http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/images1/18-200.jpg) lens. While it is not exactly what I would classify as "inexpensive", neither is it one of the top end cameras either. It is Nikon's answer to the Digital Rebel. It got very good write-ups when it came out, and I really like the form and feel of it.

atara has an Olympus C5060WZ (http://blfelectronics.net/C5060.jpg). While you could probably get a bargain on one now, it was about as good as you could get at the time without going to an SLR. It was originally "our" camera, but it became "her" camera after I upgraded to the Nikon SLR.

k00l, thanks for the info! I see the Olympus is going for a paltry $300 right now, so ............. maybe once I get a job I'll pick one up. :D
