Should charge them with revealing the mint's secret patented technology for minting coloured coins. :-P
We took a tour of the Winnipeg mint last year. They showed us every minute detail about coin making from smelting to polishing. That is, they showed us every detail with one notable exception; for all the posters strewn about advertising their coloured coins, they didn't mention them once in the tour.
When the tour guide asked if there were any questions, I started to ask about the coloured coins, but she didn't even let me finish the question. She informed me that the process was a closely-guarded secret and the subject was closed.
