We got to play with
pierrekrahn's Wii last weekend.
That sounds a bit dirty no matter how you say it. Well, no matter.
Using the new controls on the console reminded me of the first time I used a browser that supported tabs and mouse gestures; I wondered how I ever got by without them.
Subject to availability, I wouldn't be entirely surprised to find one under the Festivus Pole this year.

Date: 2006-12-01 05:34 pm (UTC)BTW, you know how they always lose money on consoles, but then make millions off the games?
Well, I guess they'll also make millions off the controllers. The main controller (the one with all the buttons) retail for $45 each, and the nunchuks (the part with the analog stick) retail for $25 each. Assuming that I want a complete set of 4, that means I'll need to spend an extra $210 + tax (assuming they're ever in stock). Ouch!
