plonqNothing makes me appreciate a good on-line travel booking tool like being forced to use a really really bad one.
This used to be a nice tool, but they have recently gimped it so badly, and inserted so many "I know better than you" nanny-like overrides into it that it's nigh impossible to book a useful business trip any more.
"Yes, I know that I'm violating travel policy by booking at a non-preferred hotel. Let's just pretend that all the preferred ones are booked full for that night. Oh, I see. That's not an option."
Bah.
In other news: Grand Widow Faerlina - 3%. Unless we botch things badly on Sunday, we are going to be the first horde guild on our server to take her down. We'd have got her on our next try, but one of our healers learned an important lesson in why you don't rez a hunter's pet.
And I got my Halo of Transcendence last night (bouncebounce). I finally have a head set piece that doesn't look breathtakingly stupid!

The undead often look so cheerful for such an angry, bitter race. (I think of them as goths.)
