When our various governments keep crying wolf, and strive to ensure that the general population is terrified of anyone wearing a turban, nobody should be surprised when this is the result.

If he had had any verboten fluid items that their crappy screening didn't catch, as probably half the people on any flight do, he would still be in jail, like this 59-year-old woman who was roughly tackled to the floor and arrested for mumbling nervously to herself. She was probably afraid of being blown up by terrorists just like her fellow passengers; this witch-hunt atmosphere of suspicion has been stirred up. Notice how the focus of the article is on the other passengers and the harrowing ordeal she put them through, shame, shame.
