Weekend update (Cliff Notes edition)
Jul. 5th, 2006 09:50 amCheck out these cool Canada Day photos in the Winnipeg community. There are some decent firework shots in the mix, but the first picture is my favourite of the lot.
Ken Lay took the easy way out. I haven't seen any details on whether it was self-inflicted, or divine retribution. In any event, it's a shame sometimes that I don't actually believe in Hell because I'd really like for him to spend some eternity there.
Needs more cowbell. Here is the world's largest-capacity railcar leaving Duluth for for Alberta. No idea what this is, but it looks pretty cool.
I managed to get into a Zul'Gurub run on the weekend and scored a cool new wand named Thoughtblighter. While it's not the ultimate wand in the game, it's got very good stats, and it's definitely one of the coolest-looking. I'll post a picture of it later, but for now here's the stats.
