There's overflow anyway, so there are too many interpretations, no wonder the Pi moment of the day doesn't exist =P
This one occured to me as well this morning, but I quickly rejected it again. I get enough of a headache just trying to explain a 24 hour clock to people, then if you add to that the fact that the minutes are being presented as a decimal value...
