Bored, yet busy

plonqI don't know why I am bored this morning - it's not like I haven't been busy. I suppose I'm just looking forward to getting home again so that I can finish setting up my "new" computer.
I've been called on for a couple of tech-support issues since I got here this morning. People: I am not support. I don't know the answers to your questions, but if you push then I will invent a plausible answer to make you go away. I cannot fix your hardware. I subscribe to the philosophy of "percussive maintenance": if it doesn't work, force it; if it breaks then it needed replacing anyway.
