plonqI have recently taken to wearing earplugs to bed so that I can sleep through the kitten and her loud sucking. So far it's working, and the slurping sound hasn't been waking me up lately.
Alas, the cat has now found a new way to wake me up at four in the morning. I was rousted out of slumber this morning to the odd sensation of the cat methodically washing the sole of my foot. Apparently![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
atara had rolled over and taken enough covers with her that it had left my foot exposed to the elements, and vulnerable to random washing by a passing cat. She methodically washed my foot, ankle and part of my shin before she decided that she'd cleaned enough and settled down to suckle herself to sleep.
She's a cute cat, but she's definitely parked herself on the other side of normal.
[Edit: the song has changed, and now it's The Zoo by The Scorpions. I guess not all his music sucks.]
