Apparently Microsoft and RealNetworks may have settled their lawsuit out of court.

When asked about the possible settlement, RealNetworks responded, "Buffering...2%...26%...3%..."

They're settling with everyone, even a student that was selling unlicensed student versions of MS products on eBay
