No, I won't press "ok" because it's not "ok". I'm not "ok" with this at all. Where's the "die you gravy-sucking pig" button?

I hate this application.  Save your work frequently.  Oh no - it crashed while I was saving my work!  Oops, there goes all of my hard labour again.

I once threatened to defecate into a box and mail it back to them as user feedback, but in retrospect it would be a waste to expend perfectly good feces on a program like this.

The program crashes frequently.  Randomly.

It is cognisant enough of the fact that it has just crashed that it will offer me a requester so that I can save out the crash logs, but apparently it's not smart enough to let me (call me a dreamer here) save my fucking work!?  I was off to a pretty good start this morning, and now I'm back to square zero.  I may as well go get some more coffee and start my day over again.

[Edit: It just crashed again, but this time around I was saving between every simple edit. It even gives you a funky little icon when it crashes:

It's as though they think some cute little bug is going to make you all happy inside, because at least it's not the blue screen of death or that Mac bomb.

Is the chrash log big?

I'd mail it to their support, asking what was wrong, and whether or not it would be possible for them to retrieve my data, EVERY BL**DY TIME it chrashes....

No matter that you just retyped them as soon as you got the program to start again and that it's probably futile...

If the log-file is big enough, it might fill up their mailserver...

Ah, yes, I know what it's like.
For some reason OpenOffice 2 and Spanish dictionaries keeps crashing, this is greatly reduced if you disable the "underline spelling errors" thingie, but it took a while to figure out.
It was also crashing while saving, so I ended with corrupt saves, now that's something to trust your master's thesis to...

What I started doing was save two copies, that way if it crashed saving one I had the other one :P
