As far as I can tell it's just standard bubble soap with essence of catnip mixed in. It was enough to trigger a response after she'd popped enough of them. She was having a ball, pouncing around popping bubbles - even swatting them out of the air. Eventually, though, the catnip took over and she started rolling blissfully around on the floor.

I find it funny you named her Belladonna. When I was on the weedwacker crew in Hawaii, they'd sometimes send us out to cut down Belladonna trees. The guys on base would use the trees, somehow, to get high. So your catnip bubble post is quite appropriate. =-)
