We are into the time of year where the nice days become more frequent and the brutal days more rare. Yesterday was a nice day.

I'm beginning to remember why I don't like needles

I knew from the previous shot that this one would be a bit painful, but I had not expected the whole area around it to start swelling and turn red. atara has confirmed that it is warm to the touch as well.

Naturally I ran to the Internet to see if this was a sign that I am dying, but these are all listed as normal symptoms from this shot.

Okay, then.

I guess I don't have to like it, but it's good to know that it's a normal reaction.
