Resistance is futile

I'm halfway tempted to post this link to the customers_suck community, but it's too close to Christmas (and I don't really want to get the gift of tar and feathers).

After watching this I am forced to conclude that this video was part of their screening process for prospective employees. Anyone who ran screaming from the room before it finished probably wasn't McDonald's material. For me the burning question is, why (and when) did they stop making them wear those nifty hats?

I really love the placement of the mistletoe on this icon.

Some more test pictures of the cats. Once I post this I'm going to go curl up with the manual and read up on the features that I haven't used yet.

The contrast is pushed a little on the B&W pictures -- too much perhaps? (I have a slight personal bias toward higher contrast shots, so I may tend to overdo it at times.)
