The good: the new snow clearing budget is now in effect and they are making the roads passable again.
The bad: They decided to clear our primary north/south corridor today (the road we take to work)...
The worse: ... during morning rush hour, on the first busy day of the new year...
The ugly: ... and they've closed it down to one lane while they work.

I've been trying to track down this song for a couple of years without success. The problem is that I had no idea what the song was called, nor who it was by.

I knew that it came out sometime in the late 80s.
I knew the tune.
I could remember a fragment of lyrics.

Google and Kazaa finally came through.
