(no subject)

I'm technically still on vacation... but I'm sitting at work, sipping coffee and inserting measurable results into my year-end review.  I've already done my year-end review with my previous boss, but now I have to sit through it again with my current one - who's a bit more of a stickler for details.  As long as I get a rating of "did the minimum required to remain employed" then I'm happy.

He's set aside an hour for this review, but I'm going to see if we can get through it in about 20 minutes.  I want to go home.

Home again

That only took three hours longer than I expected. Ah well, a bit of cleanup work to do on Monday, but it's out of the way for another year. The good news is that both bosses are reccomending me for a positive review - which could get reduced to a neutral review (which is still good), so I should get a bonus/raise again this year.

Now to enjoy the rest of my weekend off.
