Unfortunately being a mind reader around this office can be pretty light reading some days. I've tried projecting my thoughts, but it doesn't seem to work.

"I am thinking of something anatomically difficult involving you and that keyboard. Oops, did I say that out loud?"

Today it involved having a guy tell me in very un-technical terms about how he used to have Outlook configured in a way that Outlook doesn't configure.

Somehow my brain managed to decipher what he was blathering about, and I had him double-click on his title bar to toggle the window from full screen. Problem solved.

Having to work day after day with people who don't even know how to move or resize windows - after years of working with them - makes little Plonqie want to cry.
