We went out and bought the parts this weekend (about 40 minutes ago, actually).  Putting it all together will be a project for tomorrow morning.  Behind the cut is what I finally got.

Motherboard = ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe
CPU = AMD  ATHLON 64 (3200+) SOCKET 939
Memory =  CORSAIR TWINX - XMS (PC3200 / 400MHZ) 1.0GB DUAL CHANNEL MEMORY KIT
Video = MSI  (NX6800GT-256E) (RETAIL) 256MB DDR3 / PCI-Ex16 / TV OUT / DUAL DVI / SLI READY

This should do me for awhile I hope.  Looks like I got my work cut out for me tomorrow.

You have pretty much the same setup as I do, except I went with the Gigabyte non-SLI nForce4 board. Good to see you got the Corsair TWIN-X, too. That's some badass ram.

You're gonna be set for a loooong time. Enjoy!
