The list of ingredients on the package reads thusly:

FISH, HONEY DEW, GOURMET POWDER, SOR SAUCE, SALT, VEGETABLE OIL

I don't know if it's the "sor sauce" or the "gourmet powder", but one of the ingredients has set my tongue on fire and triggered my sweat glands.  Zounds - these fishies have bite! My tongue is in distress. =(

Ve-Tsin "Gourmet powder" is MSG. Sor is probably just a typo. I'd still be suspicious of the ingredient listed as honey dew. It may not be the melon variety.
