plonqI can't think of enough positive adjectives to describe this curry except to say that it is OMG GOOD. I was concerned that it might be too spicy, but it had a very pleasant bite to it without being uncomfortably hot.
While I am loathe to toy with a recipe that turned out this well, I am thinking that if (or, more likely, when) I make it again, I will throw in a few whole garlic cloves and saute them with the meat while it's thawing. I had some of our home-made wine with it, but in retrospect I think that it would go better with an ale.
