Curry Plonq-style

Take a tube of extra-lean ground lamb and saute it in olive oil until it's all broken up. Peel and add half a bag of left-over pearl onions. Dump in a bag of frozen sweet potato chunks, and a couple big handfuls of frozen peas. Spice it up with a bit too much hot curry paste, and then add some curry powder in case that's not enough. Let it simmer until everything is thawed, then add some chicken stock, and finally stir in a bit of flour and water to thicken the whole lot up.
I don't know how it will turn out, but it sure smells good. =9 I'll post an update later after I've had a chance to taste it.
