I'm Christian, and people like that annoy me too. In my experience, they're usually radical Christians who are not representative of the mainstream anyhow.

I believe one of our responsibilities as Christians is to be stewards of the earth. For someone to pass out leaflets that a lot of people are obviously just dropping, and then not pick them up, is not in keeping with that responsibility (though I also fault the people who dropped them for not giving them back or putting them in a trash can).
