No, that's not the start of some angsty goth poetry - I'm literally alone here today.
I knew that D would be working from home today because he told me as much, but my other co-worker has yet to show his face. He called in yesterday to say that he was taking a "vacation" day, but that he would definitely stop in. He never showed.
I give it 50/50 odds that he will show up today.
Mental note to self: don't eat so many spicy chicken wings that close to bed-time.
My poor digestive tract is making all manner of distressful noises this morning.
