Not uplifting

The elevator that was out of service for about nearly two months earlier this year is broken again.  They pulled it out of service early last week, with no explanation or ETA on when it would be fixed.  I was grousing about it to one of the tenants from the floor down from us and he said, "Tell me about it - this place is pathetic.  We've been waiting for over a year to get the water tap fixed in the men's washroom on our floor."  Oy.
