The new year has brought us WWAV (that is Winter With A Vengeance). We got a fair dump of snow on Friday/Saturday, and then that system was pushed out of here by a ridge of arctic air that is giving us -36C with windchills approaching -47C. Not much I can add to that but... bleah. When you hear the term "bitterly cold", this is the kind of weather it describes. The wind was cruel on the walk to the office this morning. On the other hand it makes the hot coffee taste much better.

I'm having some trouble getting back into the swing of this whole work thing after being off for nearly two weeks. So far I've mastered the coffee maker again, now I need to see if I can remember some of my passwords.
